Jute Rope Scratching Post In Progress

First staple hook hammered in the back to secure the rope.

Secured at the end with some more staple hooks. Tidy as could be.

This was the leftover rope from the first post, so it didn't go all the way down. But it covers the most popular area, so it'll work fine.

New Jute Rope On Cat Tree

Took me long enough, but finally made some new scratching areas for the critters. Yay. They,d worn out the carpet area, but they seemed to prefer the rope. They all took turns rolling around the rope while on the ground.

Finding A Rental

Driving all over the place looking at rentals.  Not fun.  Frustrating.  But really looking forward to getting settled somewhere finally.  Hopefully with the majority of our belongings.

Productive Weekend

Finally got one solid weekend organizing and unpacking.  Starting to feel more in control, less messy.

Most of the pressure's off right now since we've decided to definitely rent, so we don't have to spend every freaking weekend driving around the neighborhoods and jamming too much information into a short amount of time.

Hopefully we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor for another month before we pack it all up again.

New Foyle's War Tonight!

OMG - I'm thrilled to pieces! Just finished tonight's new episode of Foyle, it's as wonderful and masterful as ever. Just thrilled.  Can't wait for the next episodes.  Aaaaaand... Branagh!!!  How exciting.  I'm so happy.
